How do I book a session?
Submit the contact form with your session type, preferred dates, and location ideas. We’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Oregon and photograph across the Pacific Northwest. Popular spots include parks, forests, riversides, city neighborhoods, and coastal locations.

Do you travel?
Yes! Travel within 60 miles of Portland, OR is included. Beyond that, we add a simple travel fee to cover time and mileage.

How far in advance should we book?
4–6 weeks ahead is ideal. Fall weekends and peak senior season fill up quickly, so earlier is better.

What’s your pricing?
We offer clear, session-based pricing for Senior, Family, Engagement, and Lifestyle shoots. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll send options that fit your goals and budget.

How long is a session?
Most sessions run 60–90 minutes. Senior and engagement sessions often include extra time for outfit/location changes.

What should we wear?
Keep it comfortable and coordinated (not matchy). Neutrals and textures photograph beautifully outdoors. After booking, we’ll send a quick style guide with outfit tips.

Can we bring pets or kids?
Absolutely—this is your story. Let us know ahead of time so we can suggest pet/kid-friendly locations and plan the flow.

What happens if it rains?
PNW weather happens! We keep an eye on the forecast and can pivot locations or reschedule at no charge if conditions aren’t workable.

Do you help with locations?
Yes. We’ll recommend options based on your vibe—urban, scenic, woodsy, coastal, or at-home lifestyle.

How fast do we get our photos?
You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery within 2–3 weeks (often sooner). Sneak peeks typically arrive within a few days.

How are photos delivered?
Via an online gallery where you can favorite, download high-res files, and order professional prints.

Can we print and share the photos?
Yes—personal printing and sharing is included. We just ask that you tag us on social when posting. Commercial use requires permission.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Life happens. If you need to move your date, let us know as early as possible and we’ll find a new time. Your retainer applies to the new date.

Do you offer weekday sessions?
Yes. Weekdays often have the best light and the quietest locations—great for families and seniors.
